Sales Team Leader – Adventure Travel

We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader who can combine strong sales ability with confident team leadership. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be leading from the front, driving performance, and helping your team succeed, while also hitting your own sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of Travel Sales Advisors
  • Driving team performance and ensuring sales targets are achieved
  • Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Leading by example through your own sales performance
  • Creating a positive, energetic, and results-driven team environment

About you:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within travel
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident, personable, and naturally engaging with customers
  • Passionate about travel - must have travelled to Southeast Asia
  • Motivated, supportive, and able to bring out the best in others
