We're seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator, with superb attention to detail to expertly deliver all operational support to our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about communication, who will prioritise a smooth customer journey for our adventurers, from sign up, departure and return, with a focus on high customer service.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, providing operational insight and updates. You will build rapport with our customers with ease, but will also do the same with our suppliers, and will touch base with them too, as required.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the collection of customer monies. This Operations Coordinator will also assist with the processing of supplier invoices and checking them against the backend system.
